Oct 30, 2009 On tap @ Selins Grove. Hazy pale yellow with a foamy pure white head. Aroma of wheat, spicy yeast and orange. Tastes about the same, sweet with a bit of bitterness. Light body with active carbonation and a dry crisp finish. Not bad.

Sep 30, 2009 On tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear light yellow with a white head. Aroma of spices, clove, pepper. Flavor of bland, grainy malt with a hint of spices. It is very light in palate and there is just not much here. I am underwhelmed.

Sep 12, 2009 Tap at Selins Grove. Pours a mikly yellow with a creamy white head. Aroma of lemon, coriander and wheat. Flavor of the same. Some cereal grains noted. Crisp and refreshing. Well done Wit.

Aug 30, 2009 Growler filled at the brewpub. Pours a cloudy straw yellow gold with a moderate white head that lasted through the first third of the glass and left partial lace. Very pleasant aroma of fresh orange, coriander, yeast, and ground wheat. The flavor is the same four components, with the ground wheat and yeast a little more center-stage than the aroma and the orange and coriander playing a lesser role than in the aroma. Smooth, refreshing finish. Very nice wit.

May 20, 2009 On tap, at brewery. Pours a very cloudy bright yellow gold body with a small fizzy white head that fell to a wispy film. The nose is deep with spices and very soft with coriander, orange peel, and a nice yeastiness. Lots of unmalted wheat. Soft and subtle all around. The flavor is pretty spot on for my tastes, the spice isn’t overly heavy or dominating, it’s really well balanced with the wheat. Coriander and orange peel stick out the most to me, with a nice soft yeasty finish. Mouthfeel is soft and gentle with nice relaxed carbonation and a spicy lingering finish. Overall, I think they hit this nail right on the head.

Mar 30, 2009 On Draft at Brewpub. Pours a cloudy orange body with small white head. The aroma is citrus and coriander. The taste is sweet bubblegum and citrus. Solid wit.

Mar 2, 2009 Draught at the brewpub. Pours cloudy straw yellow with nice tight white head. The aroma is lemongrass, coriander, some biscuity yeast, and some wheat flour. The flavor is lemon, coriander, lemon-cookies, mellow yeast, and a very slight sugary sweetness in the finish. An interesting orange/citrus deal lasts into the aftertaste. Decent wit.
