| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Dec 8, 2005 Tap at brewpub. Dark gold pour with small white head. Light malt aroma with a little corn showing thru. Light hop aroma as well. Pretty good flavor given the style. Clean and lightly malty with some corn flavor and a little fruitiness. Light bodied with soft carbonation leaving a crisp finish. Not the most interesting of styles, but this is a really good example of what can be produced even with some corn in the grain bill. | 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Apr 18, 2005 Medium straw body with a light haze and light carbonation is topped by a creamy, white head. Not much aroma-wise. Hay, toasted bread, corn, earthy hops. Lightly sweet, moderately acidic, lightly bitter flavor becomes a lightly acidic, lightly bitter finish. Medium light body, watery texture, lively carbonation. The bottom line is: erm...the corn? I’m not so wild about that... Dickinsonbeer (3499), Hoboken, New Jersey, USA
