May 28, 2009 Tap @ brewpub. Comes to the table a beautiful, glowing, hazy, straw/golden color. The medium strong head fades slowly and leaves a lightly sticky lacing. Aroma starts with strong white bread/white biscuit maltiness. There is even a light fruit highlight, not strong and descriptive, not sure if it is hops or yeast but it is there. A bit of an herbal hop kick in there as well. Taste is similar with a nice medium mouthfeel. There is less hoppiness initially in the flavor but it kicks in in the end of the flavor. There is a bit of lemon at the end of the flavor as well. It is very delicious and fun to drink.

May 25, 2009 On draft at the brewpub. Pours a hazy yellow gold with a medium white head. Aroma of zesty lemon, yeast and barley. Tastes much the same as the aroma with a spicy yeasty aftertaste.

Apr 21, 2009 Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a cloudy yellow-golden color with a medium sized white head. The aroma was lightly grainy and tangy. The flavor was crisp, sour, tangy and had light floral hops. The finish was long and bitter with floral hops. Mediocre.

Golden appearance with a bright white head and minimal lacing. Hoppy but dull aroma. Hoppy prominancy with a warm bitter body. Clingy palate with a hoppy aftertaste. Decent overall pilsner.

Mar 21, 2008 Old notes. Poured a hazen yellow. Aroma is pure hops. Flavor is nice balance of malts and hops. Finish was clean yet bitter.

Dec 28, 2007 Draft at brew pub. Poured a cloudy golden color with a small fine white head. Aroma is of hops; a bit piney. Taste is clean and the hops bitterness works well with the pilsner malts. Good Pilsner.

Dec 9, 2007 Pours a hazy straw yellow body with a sticky white head. Crisp hoppy aroma with a little yeast present. Flavor is very clean and crisp citrusy hops with a little pine, lemongrass, and a little carmel malt to round it out. A very enjoyable pilsner!

Nov 23, 2007 Draft, Selin’s Grove Brewing Co. Pours a clear, yellowish-golden color; off-white head with fine-bubbled lacing. Good show of citrus and mineral hops in the aroma. This is one hoppy pilsener: tons of mineral and citrus (maybe even a hint of pine) hops upfront, with a crisp biscuit / sugary malt profile behind; a pleasant jolt of bitterness throughout. Citrus and mineral finish.
