Oct 28, 2007 I am not a fan of pilseners in general, but I guess this one was pretty good. Typical weak flavor, watery color, and thin mouthfeel. Clean, grassy finish. When drank with food, it is difficult to even taste this beer. However, it was easy to drink, and there is nothing bad about it.

Oct 28, 2007 Updated: Oct 29, 2007Pint at Selins Grove. Lightly hazy golden yellow colored body, with around 10-15% opacity. Clean, hoppy, snappy and dry nose. Some grassiness tasted, some hay and crisp pilsner malt and a really nice fresh and crisp saaz-like bite. One of the best pilsners I’ve had in a while.

Oct 14, 2007 On tap at the brewpub. First drink of the night, had in the cold outside while we waited for a table. This pilsner had a very dominant hop aroma and flavor - more evident in the flavor. Dry finish. Good beer.

May 6, 2007 The first of a series of good brews by this brewpub couple. Fruity aroma. Light yellow with lace. Above average crabonation, malty at first and then the hops are tasted. Drying aftertaste.Fresh.

Oct 11, 2006 On tap at brewpub. Pours a light gold with fine bubbled white head, lots of carbonation rising. Clean and crisp hop aroma with some light crystal malt notes, and a little grainy. Spicy hop flavor but a little off in the finish. Palate is thin and light bodied with moderate carbonation, but to style I suppose. Overall nothing great, my least favorite beer from them.

Aug 6, 2006 Hazy straw body topped by a minimal white head. Aroma is medium sweet, floral/orange. Taste is medium sweet, floral/orange. Light-medium body with light crispness.

Apr 25, 2006 sample at the brew pub: aroma of fress cut grass, hops. Golden yellow color with billowing white head. Flavor is sweet and grassy but is balanced nicly by the hops. medium to light body. Pretty good for a pils. Enjoyable.
