Golden color, little head. It’s a mish-mash of honey, fruit, and flowery hops. Finish has a little alcohol and bitterness. With an ABV of 10.5, this is speech-slurrin’ good. This brewpub has a few big beers with big taste and isn’t shy about a few extra percentage points on the liquor. So bring on the beer, bring on the girlies, decend into flavor country, lose the inhabitions, and let the lewd comments begin!!

Somewhat small for an Imperial. Honeyed malt with some sweetness. Biscuit and whit grape flavors. Good mouthfeel. Heavy grapefruit and citrus hops. Not high alpha. Mild bitterness for style. citrus and pine finish slightly cascade metallic.

Clear golden color with a small off-white head. Honey and citrus hops aroma. Strong citrus, ash and honey flavors. Very crisp with a dry finish. Not bad.

Light golden color with a small soapy head. The aroma was dominated by the intense dry/ashy/citrusy hop tones...not much else got through to the nose...some alcohol. The flavor was more interesting...honey, lemon, orange, ashes/burnt tones, and a little alcohol. The feel was not as thick as I hoped...pretty thin actually, very crisp on the tongue...dry finish. I was hoping for more. It was a good beer, but not anything to really get excited about.

Tasted at the 5th Annual Bistro 2XIPA Fest. Light orange color. Small head. Aroma is fruity, sweet and little biscuity. A medium bodied Imperial IPA. Malts are fruity and sweet. Hops are grapefruity and citrus. A touch sharp. Lots of citrus flavors. There is a touch of alcohol bite. And it’s a little mild for a Imperial IPA. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

They call it a triple IPA. It could be.... Very nice, very hoppy! Kevin is a world class Brewer, and this is a winner!
