Thanks to Eric who brought back a few bottles of this from Fresno, CA--First, let me just say that this beer rocks! Very cool! It poured a deep copper, slightly amber. Good sized whitish head and some lacing. Great aroma of citrus and floral piny hops alongside a sweet, robust malt spine. 7.5% ABV well hidden. This is a gem of a beer. I woud go so far as to say it is one of the best west coast IPAs I’ve had in some time. Finished extremely well balanced for an IPA with a hint of grapefruit and a nice bitter tinge. Yum!

Bottle from Suttree. Thanks!
Pours an average cheddar yellow with an aroma of peachy grapefruit bread. Flavor is a sweet, almost syrupy, grapefruit and pine nut. Nice layering of flavor on the palate. Pleasant surprise; definite repeat.

Bottle @ Yosemite National Park. Huge creamy beige head that mostly lasted. Fair display of lacework. Light cloudy amber color. Aroma of grapefruit, peach, fruit, mild toasted malt, light liquorish. Medium bodied with an average carbonation and dry texture. Moderated bitter flavor with light counter sweetness. Lingering bitter dry finish.

Bottle from beeronthewall. Hazy deep gold pour with 1-finger off-white head. Aroma of bready caramel malt, citrus, hops. Tastes hopcitric, caramel malty, with some floral and spicy notes as it warms. Stays bready, citric, and hoppy, with a somewhat dry mouthfeel.
