Transparent yellow body with a small off-yellow head. Flavor starts a little sour, and lightly astringent. Becomes more citric and lightly cider-like with acetaldehyde flavors in the middle. Becomes a little grainy and malty later on. Thin, watery, and not overly flavorful.
