Commercial Description:
A light, dry, golden colored beer brewed with imported Pilsner and Munich malts. This German style ale is fermented at lower temperatures than a typical ale and then cold aged like a Lager beer. Hallertau and Saaz hops accent the clean dry finish.

4 ounce sample on tap at California Brewer’s Festival. Sample #3. Very faint aroma. Lightly sweet and lightly musty. Hard to discern. Transparent yellow body with a small off-yellow head. Flavor starts a little sour, and lightly astringent. Becomes more citric and lightly cider-like with acetaldehyde flavors in the middle. Becomes a little grainy and malty later on. Thin, watery, and not overly flavorful. Lacks body and aroma.

On draught. Tasted during trip to California. They call it a german kölsch type ??? But it taste like a common pilsner, golden clear colour with a fruity nose that ends up pleasant bitter.

Slightly hazy golden color. Very faint malty and spicy aroma. Very mild flavor, but a nice balance of hops and malt. Light bubbly feel.

Hazy gold color. The aroma is faint...malty sweet, spicy hops. The flavor is dominated by the malt with a bitter hops aftertaste. Medium consistency.
