fiver29 (703), Cleveland, Ohio, USA May 2, 2008 Bottle courtesy of Irishboy. Pours a cloudy, light golden color with a white head. Head lasts a long time. Has a medium mouthfeel. Smells like yeast and oranges. Has a slight tart taste to it with yeast, orange, and fresh flowers. Is highly carbonated. Overall not a bad brew. IrishBoy (2685), Bakersfield, California, USA Mar 6, 2008 12 oz bottle from Country Club Liquors; Nose is yeast, light spices and graininess; cloudy bright-pale yellow with a big yellow-tinged head; flavor of yeast, citrus, an unsual spiciness I cannot name or quite place, finish is a faint tart note. Quite enjoyable actually! hopdog (5527), Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA Feb 19, 2008 12oz bottle acquired in trade with odeed (thanks!). Poured a lighter and hazy yellow color with a huge sized white head. Aromas of cream corn (like I just opened a can of them), citrus, and spices. Tastes of citrus, spices, and light wheat. Body a little too lively for my tastes and on the thin side. bhensonb (4182), Woodland, California, USA Jan 20, 2008 Slightly sour citrus aroma with cardamom and other spice? Hazy gold color with lots of bubbles and a persistent white head. Near medium body with creamy/fizzy carbonation. The flavor is citrus, pale malt and some spice. The finish turns a bit flat in comparison, but has some citrus and some bitter. It’s a pretty tasty wit. kp (8400), Woodstock, Georgia, USA Dec 12, 2007 Date: 12/04/2007

Wegro (218), Fresno, California, USA Sep 27, 2007 Updated: Jan 20, 2008Pours a murky light yellow with a small white head that quickly diminishes.. Man this is some bubbly stuff. Sediment floating around and settled to the bottom after a little bit. Smells yeasty with a little spice. Initially has a lot of lime in the flavor. after warming it has a nice amount of spice present. Not very sweet at all. Very lively carbonation. Has a sour finish that I liked but I don’t think it’s typical for this style. I haven’t had a lot of belgian whites but this is an enjoyable beer. bu11zeye (5430), Frisco, Texas, USA Sep 10, 2007 (Bottle) Pours a murky yellowish maize body with an average white head. Aroma of floral, dustiness, and lemon. Flavor of lemon juice, floral hops, nuts, and ground flaxseed. Quite sour for a wit. DocLock (4648), Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA Aug 21, 2007 Bottle. This one is very well made. The pour is turbid yellowy canary with 3-fingers of white head and clingy lacing. Smells of clovey spices, estery yeast, hopcitrus, and some perfumy floral wafts. The taste is clovey, citric, with solid malt, hops, honey, and perfumy florals in the finish. Very complex, smooth, crisp, and flavorful, this is a fabulous wit.
