Clear amber appearance, lively carbonation, mild head formation. Fruity, hoppy aroma, mild caramel. Light bodied, mildly sweet caramel, decent fresh hoppy bite. Decent refreshing pale ale.

On draught. Tasted during trip to California. Amber clear colour. Little fruity nose. Strange taste, difficult to destribe but not speciel good.

From the lack of a pop! after removing the bottle cap, it was downhill from there. This beer pours water thin with absolutely no pop. Aroma is stale bread and hops. Flavor is a pungent mix of malt, hops, copper, and a touch of pine. A seering citrus burn grabs the palate, much to the chagrin of the drinker. New Rule: Any beer with a motorcycle on it is to be avoided. Period.

Pours with an orange amber body topped by a medium thick head with some lacing. It’s slightly sweet and malty with a touch of caramel and a citrus hop note and a slight touch of pine. Medium bodied, smooth and a touch dry.

Mammoth Beer Festival 2005 This was an interesting beer. A variety of flavors hit the tongue and aftertaste when drinking this beer. It is almost a sweet beer with hints of caramel and citrus really standing out. Slightly bitter in the aftertaste, but it balances out the sweetness very well. I’m not a big fan of APA’s and this one isn’t bad!

The odd butterscotch, apple, and bitter herb aroma seeped from the pale amber body upon the rapid collapse of the thin white head. The taste was of candy corn, caramel, malt, and herbal hop bitterness. The finish was sticky sweet yet bitter, and all burping was fruity. This seems more akin to some golden ales that I’ve had than to an APA.

Bottle poured a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma was alittle sour, biscuity and a little citrus.Palate was a little thick for a pale ale. Flavor was sweet, carmel, mild citrus with a hint of bitterness in the finish.

I gave 3 guys at my work a Stone 8th to share, they brought me 4 Moto brews in return. Alot better than what I expected, flavor was pretty good , balanced, citrusy, fruity, abit sweet, a good clean drink, could drink this often as a bbq beer, I’d drink it again! Thanks dudes from No.Cal!
