Nice roasted coffee adn dark chocolate aroma. Very rich roasted coffee and chocolate flavors. Very creamy nitro feel with a little carbonation. An oddly dry floral hops and coffee finish. loweredsixth (942), Fresno, California, USA Feb 5, 2005 Extremely dark brown (pretty much black, but with a hint of brown)...completely opaque, with a tan nitro-ish head. The aroma was nice and roasty, but nothing else. The flavor was very roasty, sweet, and slightly bready...nice. The feel was a cross between nitro and CO2 (is that possible?)...very smooth, small bubbles, slightly crisp, wet finish. I can’t tell if this thing is on nitro. The brewery was so damn busy that I could not catch the bartender to ask. It was not flat enough to be nitro, but there was something funny going on.
