Commercial Description:
A full flavored Ale with a beautiful deep amber color. This tasty Ale gets its rich flavor from a complex blend of six malts. The malts are balanced with Chinook and Northern Brewer hops for bittering. Crystal and Mt. Hood hops from Oregon are used for aroma and finishing.

On draught. Tasted during trip to California. Deep clear amber colour. Little fruity and hoppy nose. Very nice flavour of caramel and hops. It’s end up very bitter, speciel for an amber ale, not bad.

Clear, mahogany color. VERY faint hops aroma. Very hoppy flavor, with faint malty sweetness. Crisp bubbly feel. Heavier feel than their pale ale, but otherwise very similar.

Clear mahogany color. Faint aroma...citrus hops. The flavor was very hoppy...citric bitterness on top of a solid malty core. Medium thick feel.
