sake is very good. taste of licorice with a touch of grass and mild floral, smooth but not oily. has some major complexity. quite fascinating.

The aroma has licorice, grass, alcohol, and rice. The appearance is clear and still. The flavor is like the aroma. The palate is thin. Overall an interesting but not outstanding sake.
