Seven Bridges Orange Blossom Honey Ale

Pint at the brewpub. New offering as a summer seasonal. Not much info available, even the bar staff didn’t get much info from the brewmaster. I’m just guessing at the style. It tasted somewhere between an amped up golden and a toned down IPA to me. Had a lot of similarities to the regular Toll Tender IPA but softer and more sessionable. Refreshing but definitely not watery... the malt bill was good with caramel and pale malts, and a taste of real honey included as advertised. A good sharp hop bite similar to the IPA but only a faint bitter aftertaste. I could knock back a bunch of these and would have if I had been able to spare the time. I’m already planning my next outing to try this again. Pretty good stuff.
