Commercial Description:
This German style Pilsner is fermented with a classic German lager yeast. Although light in color, it is a medium bodied beer. German Hallertauer Tradition hops add a hop aroma.

Described as a German Pils, but I think it is closer to Bohemian Pils. Pours light gold in color with a bright lingering head. Aroma is distinctly Pilsner. Body is medium to medium full. More robust than a German Pils. There is a decent bitterness that offsets the residual sweetness of the Pilsner. A very good Pilsner. One of my favorites at 7B.

I get a whiff of grain/cereal aroma and little else. The body is yellow/gold and holds a diminishing white head. Malt, grain and light toasted bread botes. Not very well hopped for a pilsener with muted noble notes, but decent enough in the taste department.

Enjoyed at the 13th Annual Southern Brewers Festival. Pours a golden straw color with a frothy white head. Lightly grassy/grainy aroma that is somewhat crisp. Grassy and very lightly spicy flavor. Plenty of cereal grain and just a hint of something musty at the finish. Medium slight wet mouth feel with a semi-dry finish. Fair.

Nice hoppy bite coming out of this, a little more flavor than the light, so that was good.

Pours gold with bright white head that stays around with some weak spotty lacing. The aroma brings up sweet maltiness and hints of cereal and some faint floral hops in the nose. The taste is just like the aroma with malty sweetness mixed with cereal notes leaning toward grainy malts. There’s also some floral and spicy hop bitterness. Toward midway and into the finish the taste becomes more grainy with a medium level of floral and spice hop bitterness.

A nice lighter beer, with a fairly good taste. Not a bad look for a pilsner. Good beer for sitting around drinking in front of the tube.

From the tap poured claer golden with a good amount of head. Nice pilsner bitter flavor with a lingering finish.

Standard pilsener, slightly floral. Long bitter sting, following the immediate sweetish finish. Yer standard brewpub fare. Good mouthfeel.
