Cask @ GBBF 2008. Pours a clear amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty caramel aroma with some hoppy hints. Fruity malty hoppy flavor with some hints of caramel. Sweetish malty hoppy bitter finish.

Copper-brown body colour with bubbles around the rim of the glass. Malt-fruity smell. Rather sharp flavoured on the tongue with dark bitter fruits. Unvaried, though, and not much for the palate (hand-pulled cask, GBBF, 07.08.2008).

Cask@GBBF2008. Deep amber colour, small beige head. Aroma is sweet malts, fruits and some wood. Flavour is much the same with some ashes and yeast in the finish. Mouthdrying and papery palate.

Cask gravity from GBBF 08. Chestnut, thin lasting beige head. It’s a slightly fruity slightly sharp best bitter. Some toffee, bit of seawater on the end. It’s ok, not great, but its a decent yeasty best bitter.
