Dec 26, 2006 Draught. Pours hazy yellow with a small fizzy white head, mostly diminishing, fair lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (bread, straw), moderate hops (flowers, grass), moderate yeast (dough) with notes of pineapple, grape and banana. Long duration, moderate sweetness, acidity and bitterness; heavy fruit and floral hop, malt and yeast flavor. Medium bodied, slick texture, soft carbonation and a metallic finish.
