Oct 27, 2007 Draught at Shamrock. Pours clear tawny with a small, fizzy, off-white head, diminishing with fair lacing. Aroma is average malt (bread, nutty), light hops (herbs), average yeast (dough) with notes of licorice, peppers, and mint. Medium bodied, spicy texture, avaerage carbonation, and an astringent finish. Average duration, light sweetness, acidity and bitterness.

Nov 2, 2006 on tap-pours an off white head with hazy amber color. Aroma is chili. Taste is chili with its heat following and medium malt, some hops. OK carbonation.
