Nov 17, 2007 Had this beer at the All Colorado Beer Fest on 11/10/2007. Aroma is not good with an odd sour scent. Color is a very clear yellow with a thin head. Flavor had a mild Hefe like taste with a sharp after tone. Its an ok brew and is better then most Saison I have had.

Nov 11, 2007 Draught at All Colorado Beer Festival. Pours hazy light yellow with a large, frothy, white head, lasting with excellent lacing. Aroma is average malt (hay, straw), light hops (flowers, citrus), average yeast (barnyard, earth) with notes of banana, pepper, and coriander. Light bodied, alcoholic texture, soft carbonation, and a bitter finish. Average duration, moderate sweetness and bitterness, light acidity.
