Gold, lasting off white head. Now this is clearly 3.6% Bit watery, some tingling hop, almost a boys bitter, but with new fangled citrusy hops on finish. Little bit of dustiness. fiulijn (5880), Como; Lausanne (CH); Malmö (SWE), Italy Dec 11, 2005 Cask at Market Porter, London Hazy blond color. Very light grassy hop aroma. The taste is not malty, but quite bitter, with a grassy hop touch, hay (strange). Long final. haddonsman (1191), Derby, Derbyshire, England Aug 23, 2005 Cask conditioned and handpulled at the Wellington, Birmingham. Light stuff, fairly transient palate, clean and inoffensive. Fragrant aromatic bitter, widely described as hocks on the nose. Easy drinking restrained flavours a good session bitter.
