Cask, The Highcross, Leicester. Deep amber with a dense cream head. Aromas are sweet lemon with toffee and caramel. Zesty and malty at the same time, Creamy with hops spices. Flavours are creamy and malty with soft lemon. Nice sweet hops with some lively prickiness on the palate. Sweetened grapefruit on the finish.
