Aug 5, 2008 Bottle, from my dear mother, Sainsburys Taplow. I think Rick Stein has definitely won the battle of the tv chefs when it comes to beer ! This pisses on fearnley- cottage bloke’s crap nettle effort.
Poured a slightly hazy golden with a good lingering creamy white head. . Aroma was sweet with some pine hops and fruit. Fairly lively carbonation. Sweetish, lightly hopped flavour with piney, fruit and hop notes. Quite complex, with good strength. Very refreshing and a really top effort. Would definitely try again...Woof woof !

Aug 4, 2008 Clear golden with large white head. Sweet fruity aroma with citric and mild hoppy notes. Sweet flavor with floral hops and peachy notes.

Jul 20, 2008 Honey in colour.Cloudy. Can’t put my finger on the aroma, hint of flowers? maybe. Sweet smooth and drinkable.

Jul 20, 2008 330 ml bottle, bougth at Sainsbury´s, Newhaven. Amber/copper color, nice off-white head. Aroma has floral hoppiness and sweet malt. Flavor is butterscotch, nice fruityness. spices and hops. Nice carbonation. Must be underrated!

Rich gold, healthy head. Spicy aroma - celery. Slightly fizzy. Sweet fruity taste. Pretty zingy, some lemonade, and tons of esters. Long sweet malty finish. A curious, and definitely worthwhile experiment.
