Commercial Description:
Bottle Conditioned, Special;
Sharps Head Brewer Stuart Howe personally brewed just one batch of this in December 2007. The beer was conditioned in the brewery for over a month and then bottled with live yeast. The live yeast gently conditions the beer over time giving it a very balanced and complex flavour profile. Bottle conditioned.

Bottle. A fantastic bitter i thought, very drinkable, soft and round, with a good balance of grainy malt and slightly earthy citric hops. Very soft mouthfeel, and balanced, which is very important for a bitter. I could drink a lot of this. Others probably won’t see too much in it, but i thought it was quite a nice one.

Bottled(500ml). -RBESG2008, Grand Tasting.
Pale amber coloured, small to medium sized white head, honey herbal nose. Quite odd taste, weak malty, barnyard and vegetable with notes of spices and hops. Hoppy finish.

Nice amber colour, white head. Lovely honeyish and hoppy nose. Soft chalky taste, lovely fruity maltiness. Light but quite drinkable. I liked this one quite a lot.

Bottled at RBESG. Clear deep golden. Vague hay aroma. Sweet and fruity, light-medium bodied with rounded mouthfeel. Some orange and grain. Medium bitterness. A bit sticky.
