Apr 22, 2008 From cask at Charlies. Pours deep orange to amber, clear, and with a diminished creamy and tan head. Light to vague malt aroma. Flavour is mild malt with a light hoppy touch. Light breadish malt note following. Mild acidic touch in the finish together with a light bitterness.

Pours clear amber with a great, creamy beige head. Super lacing and good duration. Aroma is doughy, rye bread. Low carbonation, fairly fresh. Great fruity flavour, soft hopped. Semi-dry at the end. Should have more hops.

Mar 22, 2008 Copper colour with a lasting creamy off-white head. Malt, grains, apple and a hint of grassy hops in the aroma. Malty, caramel sweet flavour, with a little roast dryness. Could use more balancing hops.

Mar 1, 2008 Cask at Charlie’s Bar, Copenhagen. An amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of caramel and toffee, while the flavor is sweet with notes both of caramel, toffee, and bisquits, leading to a dry toffee finish.

Bright copper / amber coloured with a thin white head. Happy and malty with LOADS of caramel and a roasty (almost ashtray) note leading to an interesting bitter and biscuit finish. So so.
