Caramel sweetness and peachy fruitiness lay on wet soil. Faint roastiness peers through.
The Festivities:
That treacherous mineral water character is still there. A few citrusy hops precede an earthy, resinous bitterness. Caramel fruitiness is well-balanced with the hoppiness, but that invasive dirtiness always nags.
Transcendence:
Newspaper stains.

Oct 16, 2008 Draught. Nose is robust cascade hops which slightly enticing to a fresh brew, light fruits linger in the background. One dimensional but decent aroma. Pours a muddy brown color with decent head retention. Initial taste is lights fruits, malt character and caramel. Mid palate to finish has a good hop character. Palate duration is above average. Decent head retention but average.

Dec 8, 2005 CLear amber color with a thin offwhite head. Aroma of toasted malt with sweetness. The flavor is similar, toasted malt and sweetness, it’s decent. The body has a medium thickness with a creamy texture and moderate carbonation. Decent but not enough to be good.
