Light molasses and overripe apple essences to go along with lots of dark fruit esters, phenols and malts. Sweet, dark fruit and light molasses flavor also offers mild bitterness for a semblance of balance. Full-bodied with moderate carbonation. Coarse, dark fruit finish.
