Dec 30, 2007 Cask (handpull) at the University Arms in Sheffield. Pours a bright gold with a white rim. Aroma is honey, lemony, with some light hop tang. Smooth, but a substantial body for such a light beer. Very pleasant surprise for the style.

Nov 23, 2007 Cask at The Wenlock, november 07. Lemony, hay like aroma. Subtle and perfumey. Honeyish/ sweet flavor a tad too sweet but nice. Nice, shinny yellow-golden color with a small white rim. Medium to light mouthfeel. Mild and refreshing. Nice, refreshing cask helles.

pale gold with no head. heavy malt, cereal and corn with some slight hops. Dryish finish. Very dull.
