Cask (handpull) at the University Arms in Sheffield. Pours a bright gold with a white rim. Aroma is honey, lemony, with some light hop tang. Smooth, but a substantial body for such a light beer. Very pleasant surprise for the style.

Cask at The Wenlock, november 07. Lemony, hay like aroma. Subtle and perfumey. Honeyish/ sweet flavor a tad too sweet but nice. Nice, shinny yellow-golden color with a small white rim. Medium to light mouthfeel. Mild and refreshing. Nice, refreshing cask helles.
