This was described to me as a one-off experiment involving some leftover grains and some hop additions. Pours a hazy, yellow-orange color; thin, off-white head with patchy lacing. Toasty malts, coriander, and Belgian yeastiness in the aroma; lots of minty hops. Slightly relaxed carbonation; chewy Belgian sugars, yeasty, and doughiness; slightly messy, hopped-up Belgian beer (but reasonably good for an afterthought). Plenty of mint, breadiness in a medium finish.
