Shenandoah Caribbean Lager

12 oz bottle at Shenandoah. Pours a relatively clear yellow color with a small white head. Aroma is light malts. Flavor is what I’d expect from a lager - refreshing and non-offensive.

Draft, Shenandoah. Pours a hazy yellow color; thin, off-white head. Quite buttery, butterscotch and sugar in the aroma. Very light carbonation. Buttery / butterscotch dominates a medium mouthfeel: drinkable, not offensive, but definitely a bit off; far too much butter to be intentional; medium finish showing sugar and bready / dry toastiness; pleasant enough ending, where the butter dissipates.
