Cobra (1060), In a van, down by the river, Maryland, USA Jan 7, 2008 12 oz. brown, longneck bottle. From brewery. 2007 batch. Poured out a lemon juice yellow color, with a thin white head. Aromas are of spices, like cloves, lactic acid, and wheat malt. Flavors are of minerally, chalky, carbonated water, with a minor flavor of cranberries. Tart, highly carbonated, still young for a pseudo lambic. Medium mouthfeel, but a little thin. Wheat malt & lactic acid make up the bulk of the aftertastes also. Decent try on the style, but needs work.
