(on bottle) Orange, with small, white head. The aroma is madeira/Port; complex. The carbonation is short and perky.Swet taste; dark fruits, figs, prunes, raisins. The malt gets candy like, long strings of sugar getting both bitter, burnt and like cane sugar, melasses too. Very wine like finish, the fruits are very present.

Received bottle #1382 as a moving in present and enjoyed with the family for my sons naming ceremony. Clear golden/red color with medium textured, tanned head. Citric aroma with notes of herbs, phenol, honey and nuts. Phenols in the flavor with more citrus fruits, honey and oak.

Big bottle, old style
Amber color. A quite good caramel brew, with medium-low bitterness, medium-hihg alcohol perception, strong oxidation that gives some complexity. Not bad.

Courtesy of Yespr. The color is red copper, and there is hardly any head. The aroma is sweet with notes of malt and dried fruits. The flavour is very sweet with notes of roasted malt, dried fruits, raisin, prunes, caramel and citrus. It’s really nice, but should not be any sweeter.

From bottle, #1816. Pours clear and golden orange. dark fruity and dense malty aroma. Flavour is dense malty and solid fruity with notes of prunes and some subdued raisin sweetness. Overripe fruit and with a solid bite from the alcohol. Ends warming and fruity. Very nice.
