An orange beer with no head. The aroma is slight with notes of orange. The flavor is a bit flat - as cask conditioned ales sometimes are. The flavor has hints of orange, a slight sweetness and ending on a really good bitterness. A fine beer - but not great.

Cask. Clear copper colour. Malty, fresh fruit flavour. Malty aftertaste with a hint of liquorice and a little harsh bitterness.

Amber color. Honestly, a simple Bitter, with some caramel taste, pretty high bitterness at the end, light metallic, not enough aromatic.

Wetherspoon october fest. Aroma is lightly citrus with malty bready notes. Taste is similar and is very easy going. A great session beer.

Dark amber coloured, thin, lasting, fluffy froth; fruity nose, mild bitter flavour; some fruits and malts in the taste; light but distinctive bitter aftertaste. O.K.

Cask at the Wharf, Aalborg, DK. Dark golden with a small white head. Some caramel and malty aromas, with fruity hops. Malty and hoppy flavor. Quite weak. Medium body and a nice bitterness in the finish. (060525)
