Good ale. very persistent hop and good balance between the aromas, little fruity, little spicy, very fresh and inviting with the evanescent froth and amber colour

Cask An amber beer with a thin lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and caramel, leading to a dry bitter finish. The body is light.

Cask at the Nut Tree, Murcott, Oxon 08-02-09 Stated 3.5% on the pumpclip. Pours warm gold with white head. Aroma is quite hoppy which is not as noticeable in the mouth though it must be noted I did a few hoppy burps during the consumption of this, so there must have been a few in there. Some citrus flavours and reasonable bitterness. I wouldn’t have been bothered with another one of these that said it was a fine enough session beer. A6 A4 F6 P3 OV11 3.0
