Commercial Description:
Pasteurised bottle.
This golden amber ale has a generous aroma of tropical fruit. The fruity flavour has hints of mangoes, oranges, lemons and sultanas. The pleasant floral hop balances this beer perfectly. It is a drying, warming, rounded ale to sip and savour at leisure.

Flaske. Rigtig udemærket øl. Overraskende frisk i betragtning af at jeg havde glemt den bagerst i skabet. Rødgul farve og et lille skum. Humlen smager igennem så den minder en smule om en pale ale.

Maybe little wrong to drink now but i have had i bottle in the refrigerator for a long time now. Pours a dark amber body, with a thin layer of white foam on top. Aromia of caramel vanilla and litttle dried fruit. Flavor of floraly hops in the begining, this disapears fast however. Caramel malt and little spicy. Burnt toffee and vannila and wood. The vanilla take over after a while. Palate is medium thick and syrupy.

Bottle. Amber with a large white head. Sweet, caramel, fruity. Good to have on a winter or at least autumn. But I had a beer left from last November :-) Slightly bitter finish.

Bottled, pasteruised, 500ml. Orange amber with white, short, head. Puddingy sweet beer with heavy fruity and caramel notes. Mixed spices and raisin type fruit throughout, lacks a finish apart from lingering fruity sweetness. Its fine as a fireside beer.

(Bottle 50 cl) Clear amber colour with a tall, dense, off-white head. Sweetish, caramelish nose. Medium body with a soft - almost velvety - mouthfeel. Sweet notes of caramel malt and a whiff of nuts. The finish is dry with a subdued bitterness. Well crafted. 150707

Spicy but still fruity aroma. Brown appearance with thin foam. Malty, surprisingly weak flavor. Warmy effects with a hint of apple. Bittery taste. Nicely balanced and warming christmas beer!

Bottle. Pours amber/golden with a diminishing, slightly off-white head. Sourish and sweetish cereal/corn aroma with milky notes. Sweetish flavour. Cereals here as well. Notes of alcohol and remote metallic notes. Medium bitter and dry finish. Cereals. Lingering apple notes. 06-05-2007.
