Commercial Description:
Pasteurised bottle.
This golden amber ale has a generous aroma of tropical fruit. The fruity flavour has hints of mangoes, oranges, lemons and sultanas. The pleasant floral hop balances this beer perfectly. It is a drying, warming, rounded ale to sip and savour at leisure.

Clear amber color with fine head. Flavor of fruity hops, citrus and slightly of burnt hops.

On bottle. Pours an amber color with a fine head that quickly disappears. Very pleasant aroma with subtle herbal and flowery fruits. A bit watery. The flavor does not really match the aroma.

Rød øl. Duften er begrænset. Smagen er maltet og bitter og let karamel. Er som en lidt sødere classic, og er derfor meget drikkevenlig. Næsten ikke krydret, hvilket man normalt forventer af en juleøl. Tynd i fylden.

Any first impressions?
-A veil of foam shrouds the clear amber.
-A timid nose of minty hops and fruity vagrance disappoints.
-Tame caramel and spicy hops walk to close to the horizon.
-The fragile body is made for sessions, but is too thin to keep me interested.

What if you dig deeper?
-A wooden alcohol semblance surprises.
-Hop phantoms wisp by in the clean finish.
-A mineral twang bothers.
-As boring as those ridiculous gift exchange knick-knacks, this strong ale is neither strong, flavorful, nor festive.

Bottle; best before Sept. ’07.

500 ml bottle. Light and clear copper colour with a tall white fluffy head. Nutty and slightly sweet malty aroma. Crisp, but subdued hop aroma. Rounded malty aroma with a nutty and toffee-like character. Quite light mouthfeel, but still very drinkable. Refreshing finish with a light residual sweetness and a grassy hoppy finish. Not particularly interesting as it borders with bland. There’s nothing wrong with the wrapping, but could have used a lot more character inside.

Bottled. Amber color with small long lasting head. Parfumy english hops, malt and honey in the aroma. Honey, malt, english hops and minerals in the flavor. Tart, fruity and caramelly finish with light bitterness and light toastiness. Clean and delicate mixture of flavors where single flavors does not stand out.

Red amber colour. Week but nice complex aroma. Flavor was moderated sweet with light bitterness. Light to medium bodied with a syrupy like texture. Carbonation felt soft. Sweet finish.

Bottle 0,5l. Bright golden coloured. A large creamy head that fades quickly. Faint metallic aroma. Caramellish flavour. A bit disappointing: Watery.
