Orange-brown with white head. Fresh aroma with notes of hops and roasted malts. Slightly acidic. Fruity flavor with some sweetness and spiciness. Dry bitterness.

500ml clear bottle from the <a href=http://www.lcbo.com/ target=blank>LCBO in Peterborough, Ontario. Caramel colour, thin beige coloured head, some lacing. The aroma is lightly hopped (herbal, some grass), sweet caramel malts, earthy. The flavour has a nice hop bite to it (herbal and floral), light caramel sweetness, earthy, iced tea characteristics. Moderatly bitter mouthfeel, medium body, medium/high carbonation. Finishes with a lengthy bitterness. A nice bitter.

I like the hopiness of this beer and would probably drink it again, but I have had better.

Bottle: Deep golden to light amber coloured, firm and stable white head; dry bitter hoppy nose; robust (hoppy) bitter flavour; lingering aromatic herbal-hoppy finish with a light, dry maltiness in the background. Light bodied. A fine summer ale, pleasantly rounded, moreish !

Amber with large fine lightly tans head. Sweet malted aroma (front) with medium hoppy finish. Medium light body with green-earthy bitterness. Not rating by style but as beer goes more balancing malts would be welcome. Late, long lasting green bitterness

This ale poureds a dark orange with a creamy white head. First to the nose would be the slight skunk when the bottle opened. Then after that cleared hops to no end. Juniper, orange citrus and a spice I can’t put my finger on were very prodominant. First sip was shocking with flavour to this dead palate with strong hop flavour. Slight bitter finish that lasted forever.

Clear amber w/ a thin covering of beige foam. Flowery aroma w/ notes of caramel & citrus. Medium, mildly sticky feel. Sweet, biscuity malt flavour w/ notes of caramel. Very strong alcohol presence giving a peppery bitterness.

Pale Amber pour with a fizzy head. Was expecting more of a citrus palatte from this one, but it comes across more vegetate and herbal. Not bad, but a surprise. A stronger than pleasant aftertaste. Not a bad Neame.
