Slow and steady pour from the bottle. Clear gold in the glass. Grassy smell. Refreshing light taste...goes down smooth with a subtle but strong bitter finish. Leaves an impression on the palate. It was a hot night when i drank this so it warmed up quickly and as it did, more of a toasty flavour came out. Quite nice.

Jul 28, 2008 Had a bottle. Nothing great but nothing bad. Just boring. Dirt wheat like after taste. Somewhat disappointed as the Shiga Kogen Pale, Porter and IPA’s are much better quality than this. Guess I should figured that with it’s non standard label that’s just printed on brown grocery store bag paper.

Jun 15, 2008 Rating from memory, but had 2 pints yesterday. American wheat. More hop are used in the aroma and it is somewhat fruity. Body is light and balanced and has a refreshing finish. Not overly complex, but fairly nice for the style.
