| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 15/20 | Sep 15, 2009 The beer pours amber with red hues, clear with very little head. The aroma is sweet and malty with hints of caramel. The flavor is mostly caramel sweetness with little hop character. The palate is light and watery, with little body and the beer comes across as dry. Overall, a little too sweet for me, but it is not overly cloying. Interesting and drinkable. | 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Sep 12, 2009 This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a large sized head of foamy finely sized tan colored bubbles that were mostly diminishing and left behind a transparent typically carbonated copper brown colored body and a thick foamy lacing. The aroma was mild malty and doughy. The mouth feel was weakly tingly at the start and at the finish. The flavor contained notes of deep caramel and floral hops. A decent one that I would consider buying again. punkrkr27 (636), Berkley, Michigan, USA
