Tmoney99 (3403), Cincinnati, Ohio, USA Jul 8, 2008 Bottle from Belmont Party. Poured clear golden color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasting with good lacing. Moderate sweet malty aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture. Medium balanced flavor with a light bittersweet finish of moderate duration. My expectations where met with a soft brew. AmEricanbrew (805), Left Coast, Louisiana, USA Jul 8, 2008 Clear gold with a fleeting head. Mild sweet bread malty aroma. Smooth medium body. Nice flavor is grainy cracker malts with some honey sweetness. Simple but tasty. machfive55 (31), Mountville, Pennsylvania, USA Jul 8, 2008 Poured a nice clear gold color with a head that did not last at all. The aroma is OK but nothing to write home about, a little hoppiness. Not much to the flavor or mouthfeel either. This is more of a chugging beer for me which is exactly what I did. There is just not much too this beer. KnN (199), Greenbelt, Maryland, USA Jul 5, 2008 Perfectly respectable lawn mower beer. This probably would have tasted better ice col. Poured a gold color with a lot of carbonation. Kind of a "generic beer" flavor with some fairly bland malt and not much in the way of hops. Wouldn’t go out of my way for this one, but if someone brought over a six-pack I wouldn’t be sad. ericandersnavy (69), denton, Texas, USA Jul 3, 2008 bottle. poured a clear gold with a fizzy thin head that diminished quickly. aroma of malts, hops, and a small hint of citrus. flavor is kinda fruity with some sweetness. not very impressive.
