Slightly brassy gold color with a fizzy white head that rapidly declined. Smells of grain and grassy hop. A bit thin in body with fizzy carbonation. The flavor is lightly bready with not all that much noble hop. Finishes ok. Fits the style. Pair it with hot dogs. heemer77 (4311), Savannah, Missouri, USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Oct 21, 2008 Medium gold colored body with a lightly off white head. The aroma is like rising bread dough with some potting soil. Fairly earthy with it’s malt character. The taste is strangely metallic with raw bread dough and wood. There is also some butter in here, which is, not at all pleasant. A bizarre beer with little to recommend.
