Jan 5, 2007 Pours a very pale clear yellow color with tons of rising bubbles and a medium amount of froathy white head. Aroma is sweet and a bit saazy with a tad of corn aroma. Flavor is pretty smooth and a tad sweet and a tad floral. Overall, not a bad pilsner.

Nov 25, 2006 Updated: Jan 9, 2007(bottle - 12 oz) Light gold color with a fizzy white head. Aroma is slightly sweet with some hops and a touch of corn. Flavor is very light with a slightly bitter middle and a clean finish. Very good session beer.

Nov 12, 2006 (Bottle) Pours yellow with large white head and fine carbonation. A light bodied beer, but that’s exactly what I expected. Slightly malty and refreshing. Nothing in the way of off flavors. A little bit sweet for my tastes, but overall not bad. I would rather have one of these than their Bock.

Nov 5, 2006 Bottle. I like pilsner style beers so this one appealed to me. Lighter in color and taste than say a Pilsner Urquell. Much better than the usual run of the mill massed produced lagers from the US. I like Shiner beers and I like this one.
