| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Dec 14, 2005 The bottle poured sparkling clear light yellow beverage with a large white frothy head that was mostly diminishing and left a little lacing on the glass. The aroma was well balanced with light malt represented by notes of straw and light hops represented by notes of grass. The body was light with a slightly dry watery texture and lively carbonation. The flavor started off lightly acidic and bitter and the average length finish was lightly bitter. oldrtybastrd (1801), Morlautern, Germany/Great Falls, Montana, USA

| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Nov 29, 2005 Clear and golden with no head. Sweet malt aroma with some hops and acridness. Smells more like a Helles than a Pils. Thin body. Sweet and corny. Cardboard and hops. Better than most US lager, but not by much. Gets worse as it warms. This is definately a Classic American Pilsner and not Czech or German style. hopdog (5606), Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA
| 1.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Nov 21, 2005 Poured a lighter and clear golden color with an averaged sized white head. Aromas of grain, light grass and some light sweet malts. Tastes of ctirus with a light honey sweetness to it. Like the body, both the aromas and tastes were the watery and thin side. aenimopiate (142), The United States of Texas, Texas, USA
| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Nov 4, 2005 I guess this beer is OK for what it is. It is the original forumla brewed by the founders of the brewery, but it is easy to see that beer of this type has evolved somewhat since the introduction of this beer. Yellow body with white disipating head. Flavor is a medium bitter beer with a little of that natural sping water. Swill, could use this for another rating or a palate cleaner. TheBeerOrg (1583), Kentucky, USA
