Chris Brown had this waiting with Bock, Hefe, and Kolsch in his cooler when I got to the Dallas Airport... What’s to be said about this? Not really a bad pils, not a great one. I would almost consider it more of a European lite beer if I didn’t know where it was from. Of course it’s not skunky, so it can’t be in the Heineken class. Light, fizzy, ok flavor, and pretty normal. Not bad, not good, just normal. Yankovitch333 (612), Chesapeake City, Maryland, USA

I think it’s the label. I like the label. The beer kind of sucks. Nice citrus flavors. That’s about it. Refreshing on a really hot day. JMerritt (1318), Macomb, Illinois, USA
| 1.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 5/20 | Sep 15, 2005 Light yellow in color with a small, diminishing white head. Straw, wet wheat, and honey aroma. Grassy, grainy flavor is slightly metallic and has some flavor that reminds me of glue. Carbonation is high and distracting. About as good as Bud/Miller/Coors. dirtymike (2018), Manchester, New Hampshire, USA

| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 7/20 | Sep 7, 2005 Had a vegetal aroma with some spicyness. Dry, crisp, and bitter taste. Not great by any means. Kevin (1918), Colorado, USA
| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Aug 12, 2005 light yellow color with a white head. aroma is corn and and sour bitter. taste is light and easy drinking grassy bitter and a minimal sweetness in the finish. a bit too much adjunct taste. there is some lemon in this too. a bit better than most macro pilsners. fly (1332), austin, Tejas, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 13/20 | Aug 8, 2005 A rose by any other name is still a rose and a fair beer, whether called "Premium" or the newer, cooler, more attractive "Blond" is still that same beer. Known by some of us as Bock w/o caramel coloring, this is actually the better of the two, though that’s not saying a lot. shrubber85 (2914), Wallhalben, Germany
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Aug 4, 2005 Bottle. Sweet wheat malt aroma. Golden yellow color wiht small head and slight efferverscence. Sweet corn flake malt flavor. Smooth but the corn flake flavor isn’t something I like much.
