Golden color, boring taste even for the style.
**Caveat: Not a huge fan of most Blondes, so don’t judge from me.

| 1.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 1/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | May 13, 2009 Pours pale yellow with a lasting spritzy froth. No lacing to speak of. Astringent aromatically. Light with ample effers this is sure to please a macro lover. It’s tasteless. Not up to par compared to others in it’s class. mmmbeer (748), Austin, Texas, USA
| 1.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 1/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | May 5, 2009 12 oz. bottle served in flute- poured transparent thin yellow, no head, medium carbonation. Aroma of corn, malt, and hops. Hits the mouth with a thin watery body, malt is there, and the hops as well but it just seems very weak, even considering the style, finish is cut. Ok, butI can think of better things to drink. fidelis83 (717), Clinton, Iowa, USA
| 1.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 1/5 | 5/20 | Apr 29, 2009 Pours pale yellow gold with a 1 finger fizzy white head that fades pretty quickly to a thin skim and holds. Aroma is grass, sweet malt, straw, corn flakes and feed grain. Flavor is corn, straw, sweet malt, raw grain, finish is grassy, planty hops and cereal. Palate is thin and fizzy with a neutral finish. This stuff sucks, I am not really sure why it passes for a pilsener, rather than a regular pale lager, which is what it tastes and smells like. phishpond417 (1946), Madison, Wisconsin, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Apr 27, 2009 The final brew from the Shiner Family Reunion pack: Poured a clear straw yellow colour with a medium sized white head. Aroma is malty with slightly grassy notes. Taste is fairly grainy as well, grass, little bit of hops and a little bit of honey in the finish. HonkeyBra (1335), Lemont, Illinois, USA
| 1.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Apr 18, 2009 Golden pour with white head. Aroma of corn and pils malt, cereal. Crisp flavor, light, leafy hops in the finish. A bit watery and fizzy, not something I will willfully drink again. angrypirate06 (762), Texas, USA
| 1.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Mar 16, 2009 Pours clear yellow. Smells heavily of corn, with some hay and light honey. Also, smells like captain crunch without the berries, perhaps rice chex soaked in water. Watery and fizzy. BMan1113VR (2868), Los Angeles (and Dallas), Texas, USA
| 1.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 1/5 | 4/10 | 1/5 | 6/20 | Mar 16, 2009 Pours with a small white head that goes quickly over a clear, pale yellow body.
