Nov 15, 2009 Pours a brownish red with offwhite head that dissipates quickly. Aroma is sweet malt, caramel, and some hopiness. Overall taste is light but has a sweetness and some hops. Maybe some butterscotch. Light mouthfeel but with a creamy texture.

Nov 14, 2009 12oz bottle. Pours a very nice dark amber color with an off white head that dissipates quickly. Aroma is almost all straw, so no points for that. The taste is a tad grassy with some hops and some malt. Very balanced. The palate isn’t overcarbonated or syrupy.
A good session beer without question.

Nov 8, 2009 On tap at 2aDay’s. Pours dark amber with minimal head that laces out very quickly. Malt and caramel light on the nose. Very smooth beer that goes down easy. This is my fallback beer when I want to drink on the cheap.

Nov 3, 2009 Bottle 12oz. - Poured clear dark amber color with no foam.
Aroma - sweet fruity toasted malt, actually decent for a lager!
Flavor - Toasted cereal taste, somewhat sweet and faint metallic taste.
Palate - Very thin mouthfeel and has good carbonation. Finish is short and has dry aftertaste.
Overall - Not a horrible beer, it’s just boring! Typical American lager and I will leave it at that.

Oct 28, 2009 Updated: Oct 29, 2009Dark lager with a reddish hue, airy fizz for a head, and strong, steady carbonation. You can tell just by looking at it that it’s a lager. Lacing bubbly, slides fast, so technically I’m not sure there is lacing. Lager aroma with lightly roasted malts. Smooth, dense yet light mouthfeel, followed by a lightly bitter metallic flavor. The head and carbonation are quite noisy. Very airy feel - you can even feel it on your lips. Sweet finish. Easy to drink a 6 pack!

Oct 23, 2009 Pours a dark copper color with thin off white head. Aroma is of caramel and sweet malt, not much hop profile here. Taste is intense caramel malt, light toasted grain and some metallic flavor. Moderate carbonation but it’s definitely lacking something. Blech.
