Jan 10, 2008 Served from a bottle and drank at home in Ireland.
Pours a caramely brown with some red hints and a 1.5 finger white head that disappears pretty quick to a light ring around the glass.
Not too strong smells really-some nice light hints of malts and caramel though.
Relatively light beer composed of some caramel hints, sticky sweetness, and a bit of hops. No overwhelming dominating tastes.
Goes down pretty smooth as there isnt anything too strong in this beer. Definitely something that you could drink over and over if you really like it.
I dont think that I would really buy this one again as there are plenty of other great beers out there to try. Not exactly my favorite style of beer.

Jan 8, 2008 Wasted me money on this one.
Had this on draft at Flying Saucer.
Fairly dark lager, decent head.
Smelled biscuity and not very inviting.
Very bland watery taste to this. Like biscuits and maybe some alcohol.
Won’t be getting this one again.

Jan 4, 2008 Pretty bland, not very memorable. Watery. Goes down like watery, which I guess is the only plus about this one. Good for getting drunk? Doubt it.

Jan 4, 2008 I asked the waitress to bring me the darkest beer on tap and this is what I got. Not what I was hoping for so I may be biased. The color was dark red, not a lot of hops or bitterness, taste starts off watery but ends with something familiar, maybe milk or something. Not the best, I would look for other options

Dec 27, 2007 Bottle (sans glass!) at Artz Rib House in Austin, TX. Aroma of whole wheat dough. Flavo was sweet at first, then very bready & biscuity, becoming much dryer than I had expected. Poor flavor notes at end (paper, soap). Macrobrewish...

Dec 25, 2007 A bit sweet and malty, but very watered down feeling. Decent if its all the have, but I wouldn’t buy it at the store.
