Mar 5, 2008 Pours a nice, slightly hazy gold with a little white head that’s gone quickly. Smells nice, sweet wheat i suppose maybe a little citrus even in the nose. Good initial citrus, orangey flavor. Pretty week, leaves nothing on the back end.

Mar 4, 2008 Nose of sweet grain, and a tad bit of the spicy stuff (hops). Pours a sparkling straw. The fully lasting uber creamy white head leaves good lace. The brew starts and ends well balanced with the smallest hint of wheat. Their is a light acidic bite in the middle. The finish is brief, overall fairly bland. The light body is creamy and lively with the slightest bit of metallic feel to the finish.

Feb 29, 2008 Not great. Wheat, orange and slightly eau d’skunk. Pours with an average sized, frothy, white head that goes away. Slightly hazy orange hue. Slightly sour finish to the taste, pretty basic. Watery mouthfeel, pretty fizzy.

Feb 22, 2008 This light blonde ale poured with a few bubbles, no head and a faint wheat aroma. There is a brief taste of citrus, a carbonated mouthfeel and a very skunky finish.

Feb 10, 2008 Wheat aroma backed by a hint of citrus; sort of dusty. Hazy pale golden color with a fizzy white head that left immediately. Medium body with fizzy/creamy carbonation. There are citrus tones along with wheat. It ends with a bit of citrus sour. Didn’t get banana. Didn’t get spice. That aside it’s a fairly decent drink. Heck, it’s closer to Wit than a Hefe.

Feb 10, 2008 Sept. 2006 - Not much of a hefeweizen...totally missing all the tell tale flavors. Anyway, straw yellow pour. Wheaty flavor but restrained. Not much else going on. Carbonated mouthfeel. I guess it could be called refreshing, as there wasn’t much flavor to get in the way of anything.

Feb 7, 2008 12 oz. bottle from Plaza Liquors - Pours a hazy golden color with a 1/2 finger thick white head which faded quickly. Aroma is light citrus and light fruity esters. Flavor is light citrus and lightly sweetened malt. Has a very light fizz to it. Light body. Worth a try.

Jan 29, 2008 I like the hefeweizen and have had several good ones lately but this is on the lower end of the scale. Better than BMC but doesn’t have the depth of flavor it needs. Not bad but there are better options for the same money around.
