Aroma consists of citrus (lemon), wheat, and maybe apple tones. Body is somewhat watery. It’s fizzy with a strong sour lemon taste and a tart finish. Might be refreshing on a hot summer day, but the lemony sourness seems too overpowering even then. Gregis (1132), Shawnee, Kansas, USA
| 1.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 4/5 | 3/10 | 1/5 | 2/20 | Jul 31, 2007 Pours a hazy light yellow with a large, frothy, white head. It looks like a hefe, but that’s about as far as this one goes. Not much on the nose, just a a dusty wheat and light lemony citrus. Light, watery and metallic; not a good combination. Lemony, sour wheat with a quick finish. There’s so little here to like that I didn’t even finish this one. jstraw (767), Chicago, Illinois, USA

Few redeeming qualities. cloudy and no head. Cool label, though... Quite blase... leelavu (9), USA does not count | 1.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 1/5 | 2/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Jul 19, 2007 The aroma is of grapefruit juice and the flavor is very light with just a hint of honey. The after taste of grapefruit rind lingers on the finish and gives you a not so liked bitter tounge. The apperance was very cloudy. Being a novice beer drinker I’m not sure if this is good or bad, but to me it did not look too appealing. Definitly did not care for this one. bboven (103), Greensboro, North Carolina, USA

The head is way too thin for a what. The aroma and taste have a sourness that if it were to come out of my carboy, I might pour it down the drain. Tastes like a wheat with an infection. | 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Jul 7, 2007 On Tap: It looks like a hefeweizen should, maybe a little darker. Slight haze, minimal head (a small ring around hte edge). Citrusy wheat and grasses are faint but the only three smells I can disscern. The flavor is the same as the aromas, and also on the weak side of things. Slightly more bite that I was expecting from a hefe. pintocb (510), Darsville, Georgia, USA

Smells wheaty and has some clove and banana bread in the nose. The beer is light bodied and well balanced. Not the best wheat, but not bad.
