| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Jan 18, 2007 12 oz bottle. Pours a hazy light golden color, with a big head and high carbonation. Aroma is pungent, almost a skunky smell. I was surprised by the taste, especially after what I smelled. I can taste orange, lemon, and some mild spice (corriander). Like most, excuse me...I mean ALL Shiner beers are very watered down, they really have no complexity. Too bad, this beer had the makings of a potentially decent beer. bgburdman9 (823), Columbus, Ohio, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | Jan 13, 2007 My dad bought this one for me and i kind of ripped on him and made fun of it, but this was actually not to bad. Very drinkable and only mild esters coming through. There was actually some yeast in the flavor too which i have never really seem from a microbrewery that is this large. If i am ever looking for an american wheat to drink on a hot summer day (which i never am) I might think about trying this again. roder60 (1030), Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA

| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 5/5 | 3/10 | 3/5 | 6/20 | Jan 5, 2007 This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a large sized head of foamy finely sized white colored bubbles that were long lasting and left behind a hazy with with yeast swirls dark yellow colored body and a good lacing. The aroma was malty and mild spice. The mouth feel was tingly at the start and strongly tingly at the finish. The flavor contained notes of malt and mild spice. Not one that I would likely buy again. bradmccarroll (57), San Antonio, Texas, USA
