Kind of fruity aroma. Wonderful cloudy appearance. Not as good as a German weissbier but, pretty good all the same.

Nov 3, 2006 Bottle 46F Weizen Glass. Light sweet aroma slighty soapy, a touch of cloves and sweetness. Light cloudy color with a light white head that lasts decently with decent lacing. Crisp taste, with a slighty sweet finish. Not a bad hefe but nothing special, palate is quite watery.

Oct 22, 2006 Appearance looks traditional, pale, hazy and a thin head with good lacing. Faint banana nose, bread and bananas in the palate. Watery finish. No lemon added by me , man-rules call for no fruit. Thanks for the trade Ron.

Oct 12, 2006 had some in a bottle then had some at the brewery. doesn’t taste like any other hefe ive tried, but very enjoyable. nice color

Sep 14, 2006 My 400th!! taste a bit off. The taste gives a bit skunky taste, but the alcohol content is appearent. its got the wheat with banana flavors.

Sep 8, 2006 Cloudy golden pour with a white head. Laces fairly well. Aroma is yeasty, doughy. Taste has hints of corn and just a little hops. Nothing that’s worth buying twice.
