I am always honest and focused(when not intoxicated) completely on each facet of the evaluation process, so the rating I give may not totally agree with how I evaluate the beer as a whole, so I will say that this beer was not too bad. If you like the cloudy unfiltered beers (the yeast is good for you) then I recommend you at least try one of these. bsawatzky (152), harrisonburg, Virginia, USA

| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Apr 16, 2005 12 oz bottle, no freshness date.
Pours a hazy golden yellow, with a large, airy, short lived head. Very little lacing.
Aroma is slightly sour, lightly lemon, and just a touch of wheat.
Body is light
Flavor is light lemon with a short slightly bitter finish. In my best Homer impression... Booooring! JonR888710 (999), Cochabamba, Bolivia
| 2.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Apr 15, 2005 Pours a hazy, sunny yellow with a monstrous heady of white cotton fizz. Massize yeast clump. No lacing. Aroma is pleasant, with citrusy lemon hops as the main attraction, and with a lesser scent of wheat. Taste is light and uncompleted. For the amount that I took into my mouth there should be more flavor. Instead there is a slight clean lemon taste with lavender pedals and again, lightly of wheat. Basically this beer just has too little of a taste to make an impact. Hard to rate when nothing is there. SSSteve (2080), Atlanta, Georgia, USA

It poured a lemon meringue cloudy yellow with a good white head. Taste of wheat, cloves, and lemon. Small but quite drinkable. // Smaller and less interesting than I remembered. | 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Mar 23, 2005 Aroma is light and must be inhaled hard, but i love the apple and zest picked up. Very hazy yellow and orange tint allowing only the silhouette of my fingers seen through the other side of the glass. Some ringed lacing left behind from a decent white fluffed head. Flavor is tiny but has a mixture of ingredients: Bananas, golden apples, grains , and lemon peel shavings. Quite a good American wheat being that it came out of a bottle. A thin slice of lemon helps a lot too.
